Our Mission
One of our goals was to make managing HOAs easier when it comes to compliance, ARBs and community reporting. We continue to do so with innovative ideas such as incorporating AI into these functions to reduce overhead and time.
However, our main goal was to close the gap between the HOAs and the community it governs. Too often management companies are switched because the community feels disconnected from the company. By providing ways to increase interaction not only between the HOA and its members, but create retention between the management company and the community.

In 2018, we noticed there was no application where a community could quickly create a simple website where you could not only pay your assessments but also quickly provide ways for the neighborhood to store/view documents, add news and events and communicate with neighbors. We decided to create our own application to do exactly that...HOA Central was born!

Seven years later, we have continued to innovate this space by expanding our application to make managing multiple communities easier for companies, adding helpful AI assistants to our application.
